Probably a mis-quote or just took what was said out of context deliberately. I'd imagine the source actually said something like 'we have enough content to make a sequel' meaning there's more upcoming dlc.

& what the hell happened to the sackboy sephiroth? they could do a remake of FF7 in LBP form..

I personaly don't see any point to it myself. LBP has a constant supply of fresh DLC which usually enhances the game and fuels it's creative ideas for the user, like Danny says, it seems a bit counterproductive to make a seperate "newer" LBP. Everything the creative community needs is already there, and anything that needs a re-haul can be done with either more DLC or an update to the main game.

I've seen levels out there that have astounding talent poured into them, and really, it's now OUR ideas that make LBP the great game it is today. With over a million levels to play through I'd imagine it would take even the biggest LBP fan their entire life just get through what's on offer at the moment.

In short: ME NO THINK IT NEED IT!!!
