LEGO DC Super-Villains launch trailer causes mayhem

Warner Bros Interactive Interactive Entertainment have released a new trailer for TT Games’ LEGO DC Super-Villains. The game showcases the chaos of a world without superheroes, as the super-villains seek to take over and unleash mayhem. The game lets you create your own fully customisable super-villain complete with their own signature super power to unleash mischievous mayhem upon the games open world and its citizens. Bwhahaha!

In LEGO DC Super-Villains the Justice League have vanished, leaving the protection of Earth to a new group of heroes from a parallel universe, calling themselves the Justice Syndicate. However, legendary DC Super-Villains like The Joker, Lex Luthor, Harley Quinn, Deathstroke, Killer Frost, and many more discover that the Justice Syndicate may not be as squeaky clean as they claim to be. Your customised character leads this new team of misfit super-villains in a quest to stop the group of fake superheroes, before they take over the world for themselves.

LEGO DC Super-Villains features a stellar voice cast including the iconic double act of Mark Hamill and Kevin Conroy as The Joker and Batman respectively. The game visits many of the DC Universe’s most famous locales like Gotham, Metropolis, Arkham Asylum, and many more, and features a (hopefully) hilarious story written in conjunction with DC Entertainment. LEGO DC Super-Villains is released next Friday (19th October) for the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.

I've been addicted to gaming since my parents bought an Atari console way back in the 70's. I progressed to the iconic Speccy, Amiga, and all the Playstation platforms. Having seen games evolve from single pixel bat and ball, to HD constructed environments, gaming has changed much from my early years. Having defeated the rock hard R-Type on the Speccy, the biggest challenge I've faced so far is putting up with the hordes of American teens spouting abuse in the current generation of consoles, noob indeed!
