New Naughty Bear trailer takes us to intensive care

If you go down to the woods today, you’re sure to find a big pile of fluff and torn off teddy limbs, especially if the latest trailer for Naughty Bear is anything to go by.

The game, by Artificial Mind and Movement who brought us last years acrobatic shooter WET, sees the player take on the role of Naughty Bear, the only teddy not invited to Daddles’ birthday party. He decides that to overcome his social stigma, he must go out and murder the other bears with anything he can find, making everything better. How lovely.

We don’t get a glimpse at any new gameplay, but the devilishly dark sense of humour is still there, with many of Naughty Bear’s victims being treated for axe wounds, messy amputations and just general battery in intensive care.

The game was released in Europe yesterday and should be hitting state side on June 29. Look for our fluffed out review of the teddy bears picnic gone wrong coming soon.
